Returns & Exchanges

Exchanges are only accepted if:

• The item is unworn, unused, and unwashed, with original tag/label intact.
• Requested within 3 days of receiving your order.
• We are in a good mood. (FYI that's a joke •⩊•)

If that happens, email us at hey@bytoughandcookie.com with your order number and a photo. We’ll sort it out like responsible adults.◝(ᵔᵕᵔ)◜

 

What you can exchange for:

• Another item in the same style and colour.

 

No returns/ exchanges for:

• Change of mind.
• Sale items.
• ”It looked different in my head”.
• Your friend saying you should’ve picked the other one. 
• General life regret.
