Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our office in Brunei. It is a tiny country on the northern edge of Borneo island.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! We currently ship to Australia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Nepal, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Switzerland, Thailand, and United Kingdom.
Do you provide tracking?
Yes! All orders will have a tracking number and the tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipping.
When will I get my order?
All orders are processed and shipped from Brunei within 2-3 business days.
Brunei:
Receives within 2-4 working days.
International:
Receives within 10-20 working days.
Do you ship to the US?
Unfortunately not at this moment in time. We are currently unable to give you a timeline of when we will start shipping ot the US. (´•︵•`)
What type of payment do you accept?
Brunei:
We accept card, bank transfers, Pocket, and cash.
International:
We accept card only (Mastercard, VISA, AMEX, UnionPay)
